Performance Plus was founded over 40 years ago. We have been pioneers in the market research industry, having entered the field in its infancy. Our founder began at a table in her living room, creating what would be the first 'focus room' by having respondents on one side of the wall and clients listening in another room. Our services then branched out into door-to-door surveying, racking up miles and miles (and wearing out plenty of shoes along the way) to survey consumers for some of the country's most iconic brands.
