Our objective is to provide our clients with fresh recruits on each project. To that end we manage an extensive database of participants and we add to that list each day. We achieve our recruiting success through a number of means.
- Experienced Recruiters. Our recruiters have years of experience in the field of market research. Our aim is to match the recruiters experience with the demographic that they are recruiting for, thus ensuring a good fit for our clients' studies. Our recruiters find fresh participants who are articulate and eager to share their feedback, not just bodies that "meet specs"
- Large SQL database. We continuously devote resources to find fresh, new participants utilizing the latest technologies to make sure we deny access to people who are "professional participants"
- Flexibility. We realize that recruiting from a client-supplied list or proprietary list generators for BTC or BTB recruits is sometimes necessary to get the project completed. If our extensive database cannot meet your project requirements, we tap into other resources to ensure your project is recruited successfully
- Target recruiting. On-site, advertised or electronic recruiting technologies within our database are some of the methods at our disposal when the project calls for specific demographics that are low incidence
