From Logan Airport or the East:
Leaving the airport, take the Massachusetts Turnpike (90 west) to Exit 13 — Natick/Framingham. (Be prepared to pay the toll). Take the left ramp, which reads Natick/Wellesley, and stay to the left. At the first set of lights, take a left onto Speen Street. Performance Plus is the “pink and gray” building located 100 yards on the left.
From Route 9:
Going either Westbound or Eastbound on Route 9, take the Speen Street Exit and follow the signs towards Mass Pike. When you come to the set of lights with the Naked Fish restaurant on your right, proceed through the lights, and our building is 100 yards on the left. It is a large pink and gray building set back from the road.
From the West:
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike east (90 east) to Exit 13 - Natick/Framingham. After paying the toll, take the left ramp, which reads Natick/Wellesley. Once off the ramp, stay to the left. At the first set of lights, take a left onto Speen Street. Our building is 100 yards on the left. It is a large pink and gray building set back from the road.
From the North or South:
Take I-90 to the Massachusetts Turnpike (90 west). And, take the Massachusetts Turnpike (90 west) to Exit 13 — Natick/Framingham. (Be prepared to pay the toll). From the Providence Airport:
After Exiting the airport, follow the signs for I-95 North. Take 95 North through Providence into Masschusetts until the Exit for Route 495 North.
Take the Route 495 North to Exit #22 (Mass Turnpike - 90 east). Take the Massachusetts Turnpike east (90 east) to Exit 13 - Natick/Framingham. After paying the toll, take the left ramp, which reads Natick/Wellesley. Once off the ramp, stay to the left. At the first set of lights, take a left onto Speen Street. Our building is 100 yards on the left. It is a large pink and gray building set back from the road.

Both of our facilities are located in the South Building (the building that runs along Chatham Street). Note: As you face the waterfront with your back to City Hall, it is the building on the far right. For the focus group facility, come into entry way #4, take the elevator to the 3rd floor and follow arrows to Boston Field & Focus. For the mall intercept facility, take entry way #2 and take the elevator to 4th floor.
The closest parking garage is at 75 State St. The garage at 20 Clinton St. is also conveniently located; if you park at Clinton St., pass through both the North Building and the "Quincy Market" building in the center of the marketplace, and you’ll be at the South Building.
Directions to 75 State Street Garage
- From All Points North:
- I-93 South to Exit 24A marked "Government Center"
- Follow the signs toward the "Aquarium" to the Southbound Surface Artery
- Turn right at State Street
- Continue three blocks and turn left onto Broad Street
- The garage entrance for 75 State Street is on the right, midway on the first block
From All Points South:
- I-93 North to Exit 23 to "Government Center"
- Stay in the left lane, turning left onto North Street at the end of the ramp
- Turn left at the Dock Square Garage and follow signs toward "Aquarium" to the Southbound Surface Artery
- Turn right at State Street
- Continue three blocks and turn left onto Broad Street
- The garage entrance for 75 State Street is on the right, midway on the first block
From All Points West
- East on the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90), use Exit 24B to I-93 Northbound to enter the Central Artery Tunnel
- Proceed North about 0.5 mile underground to Exit 23 to "Government Center"
- Stay in the left lane, turning left onto North Street at the end of the ramp
- Turn left at the Dock Square Garage and follow signs toward "Aquarium" to the Southbound Surface Artery
- Turn right at State Street
- Continue three blocks and turn left onto Broad Street
- The garage entrance for 75 State Street is on the right, midway on the first block
From Logan Airport & Ted Williams Tunnel:
- Heading westbound on the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) located after leaving the Ted Williams Tunnel take Exit 24-25 (towards I-93 North)
- The exit ramp runs parallel to I-90 for almost 0.5 mile until it enters the Northbound Central Artery Tunnel
- Proceed North about 0.5 mile underground to Exit 23 to "Government Center"
- Stay in the left lane, turning left onto North Street at the end of the ramp
- Turn left at the dock square garage and follow signs toward "Aquarium" to the Southbound Surface Artery
- Turn right at State Street
- Continue three blocks and turn left onto Broad Street
- The garage entrance for 75 State Street is on the right, midway on the first block

From the North: Take I-91 South into Connecticut until CT-220 Exit 48 (Elm Street) toward Thompsonville. Turn left onto CT-220/Elm Street.
From the East (Boston & Logan Airport): Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90 West) (portions toll) to I-291 South at Exit 6, toward Springfield. Take I-291 South until I-91 South Exit 1A toward Hartford Ct (crossing into Connecticut). Take I-91 South until CT-220 at Exit 48/Elm Street toward Thompsonville. Turn left onto CT-220/Elm Street.
From the South: Take I-91 North until CT-220 Exit 48/Elm Street toward Thompsonville. Turn right onto CT-220/Elm Street.
From the West: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90 East) (portions toll) to I-91 South at Exit 4 toward Springfield (crossing into Connecticut). Take I-91 South to CT-220 at Exit 48/Elm Street toward Thompsonville. Turn left onto CT-220/Elm Street.
